Philip Mullendore, BS, MS, D. CRIM
Dr. Mullendore has 33 years of public safety experience including assignments as a Deputy Sheriff, Campus Police Chief in the K -12 and Community College Environment. He has participated as an expert with the California Commission on Peace Officer Standard and Training (POST) in the development of the Campus Law Enforcement Course, and was instrumental in developing the standards for California Campus Security Officers course.
